Licence
Last updated 3 November 2026 · version 1
One person, up to 3 computers you personally use. Yours to keep. Please don’t resell or share it.
This licence is between you and Ben Barkai, doing business as Shootpacked (“we”). It covers the Shootpacked plugin and its step-by-step guide. It is part of our Terms of Sale.
1. What you get
When you buy Shootpacked, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on up to 3 computers that you personally use. You can use it for your own shoots, personal or for your work as a creator. The licence lasts with no end date, unless it ends under section 8.
2. What you may do
- Install and use Shootpacked on up to 3 computers you personally use.
- Keep backup copies.
- Edit the files for your own use.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, rent out, give away or share Shootpacked, the guide or your download link.
- Publish or upload the files or the guide anywhere others can get them.
- Let other people use your copy. Each person needs their own.
- Remove copyright or licence notices.
4. Who owns what
Shootpacked and the guide stay ours. You buy a licence to use them, not the rights in them. Your photos, clips, voice notes and the names Shootpacked gives them are yours.
5. Open-source parts
Shootpacked ships with these open-source components. Each comes under its own licence. Those licences apply to those parts, and nothing in this licence limits your rights under them.
- faster-whisper, MIT licence.
- OpenCV, Apache License 2.0, with the face models YuNet (MIT licence) and SFace (Apache License 2.0).
- Pillow, MIT-CMU licence.
- ffmpeg, under its own licence, provided through imageio-ffmpeg.
6. Claude and Anthropic
Shootpacked runs inside the Claude desktop app. It needs your own paid Claude plan, which is not included. Your use of Claude is under Anthropic’s terms, not ours.
7. Trademarks
Shootpacked is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Other names belong to their owners.
8. When the licence ends
The licence ends if you get a refund, or if you seriously break this licence, for example by reselling or sharing Shootpacked. Then please stop using it and remove it from your computers.
9. What we promise, and limits
Shootpacked does what we describe on this website and in the Terms. Beyond that and beyond what the law requires, it comes as it is. For example, we can’t promise that every name Claude suggests will be right, so check them before you press Pack. Keep a backup of your files.
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited as set out in section 9 of the Terms.
10. Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in this licence limits your legal rights as a consumer, including your legal guarantee in section 6 of the Terms.
