Terms of Sale

Last updated 3 November 2026 · version 1

You pay once. You get Shootpacked by email right away. If it doesn’t work for you, ask within 14 days and you get your money back. Updates are included for at least 24 months.

1. Who we are

Shootpacked is sold by Ben Barkai, a sole trader in the Czech Republic, doing business as Shootpacked (“we”, “us”). Our full details are on the Contact page. You can reach us at [email protected].

These terms apply when you buy Shootpacked from this website. Please read them before you pay.

2. What you’re buying

Shootpacked is a plugin for the Claude desktop app. It gives the photos, clips and voice notes in one folder names that say what’s in them, and sorts them into albums. You check every name before anything moves. You also get a step-by-step guide with pictures.

To use it you need:

Please check these before you buy. Shootpacked is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on the website and at checkout before you pay: US$14.95, €13.95 in Europe, or a lower price in your own currency in some countries. You pay it once. There is no subscription. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. accountant: confirm VAT, incl. UK and EU OSS The price at checkout is the total you pay. Your bank may charge its own fee if you pay in a currency that isn't your card's.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.

If a Merchant of Record (Stripe Managed Payments or Paddle) becomes the seller, sections 1, 3 and 5 change, because its own buyer terms then cover payment, tax and withdrawal.

The contract is made when Stripe confirms your payment. These terms are in English. We keep a copy of the version you agreed to.

4. Delivery

Right after payment, we email you at the address you gave at checkout. The email has your private download link, the one line you paste into Claude to set Shootpacked up, and a link to the guide.

It can take a few minutes. If it hasn’t arrived, look in Promotions or Spam. Still nothing? Write to [email protected] and we’ll send it again.

Your download link is for you. Please don’t share it.

5. Your 14-day right of withdrawal, and our refund promise

Our promise: if Shootpacked doesn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund you in full. See Refunds for how.

Your legal right of withdrawal

EU law usually gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content you get right away, that right ends once delivery starts, if you asked for it. So before you pay, you confirm:

“I want Shootpacked delivered right away. I understand that once the download starts I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal. I agree to the Terms.”

Because you get the download immediately and asked for that, you lose the legal 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts. Your order email confirms your request and this acknowledgment.

Our voluntary refund

Our 14-day refund promise is given on top of the law. It is our choice, not a legal duty. We may decline a request if someone is clearly abusing it, for example by buying and asking for a refund again and again.

The promise doesn’t replace your legal rights in section 6. Those last longer.

6. If something’s wrong: your legal rights

Shootpacked must match its description and work as we say it does, on a computer that meets the requirements in section 2. This is your legal guarantee. It applies even though the right of withdrawal has ended.

Some things are not defects: a computer that doesn’t meet the requirements, changes to your Claude plan, or reaching your Claude usage limit. If you don’t install an update we told you about, we aren’t responsible for a defect that update would have fixed.

We handle every complaint within 30 days.

7. Updates

Updates are included in the price. For at least 24 months from your purchase, we provide the updates needed to keep Shootpacked working, including when Claude changes. We email you when an update is out and tell you how to install it. Please install updates when you get them.

If a change by Anthropic makes Shootpacked impossible to fix during that time, we refund you.

8. Your licence

You get a personal licence to use Shootpacked on up to 3 computers you personally use. You may edit the files for your own use. You may not resell, share or publish Shootpacked or the guide. The full terms are in the Licence.

9. Responsibilities and limits

Shootpacked only renames and moves files inside the folder you give it. It never deletes files: duplicates go to a pile called Doubles, and one click on Undo puts every file back. Even so:

As far as the law allows, our total liability for anything not covered by section 6 is limited to the price you paid. This does not limit our liability for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, for harm to life or health, or your rights under section 6.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Complaints and disputes

Please email us first at [email protected]. We answer within 2 working days and almost always sort things out quickly.

If we can’t agree, you can use free out-of-court dispute resolution. The body for this is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), ADR department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, https://adr.coi.cz.

Czech law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the rules of that country that can’t be overridden by a contract. You can also go to court where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version you agreed to when you bought applies to your purchase. Changes never apply to past purchases. Each version is dated at the top of this page.
